Jessica is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) with more than 12 years of experience supporting families through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and infant feeding. Beginning her career as a doula, Jessica brings a calm, compassionate, whole-family perspective to lactation care and is passionate about meeting each family where they are while supporting their individual feeding goals and milk production or feeding needs.
Jessica holds master’s degrees in Public Health and Social Work and has a special interest in perinatal mental health. She understands that feeding challenges are often intertwined with the physical and emotional experiences of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Her approach is evidence-based, collaborative, and consent-centered, creating a safe and judgment-free space where parents feel heard, respected, and supported.
As a mother of two, Jessica has also experienced firsthand the value of receiving skilled IBCLC support. She considers it a privilege to support families during this meaningful and often vulnerable season and is committed to providing thoughtful, individualized care that empowers parents to make informed feeding decisions with confidence.
She supports families in the North Bethesda office.
