Aimie is a registered nurse and IBCLC, working in the postpartum field for over 10 years, following a career in scientific journal editing. When she discovered that her favorite part of her nursing job was helping families begin their breastfeeding relationship and bonding with their new baby, she made the decision to specialize in lactation and infant feeding. Aimie is a mother to two children that helped her learn a lot through their own personal journeys, with their own special challenges, including prematurity and oral restrictions. She is thrilled to be supporting new families in the community throughout their feeding relationship- from early days to weaning. In her spare time, Aimie enjoys reading, travel, fitness, and learning about nutrition and holistic health.
