Jessica Huey (Stieger)

Jessica Huey (Stieger)

Jessica is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) with more than 12 years of experience supporting families through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and infant feeding. Beginning her career as a doula, Jessica brings a calm, compassionate, whole-family perspective to lactation care and is passionate about meeting each family where they are while supporting their individual feeding goals and milk production or feeding needs.

Her approach is evidence-based, collaborative, and consent-centered, creating a safe and judgment-free space where parents feel heard, respected, and supported.

As a mother of two, Jessica has also experienced firsthand the value of receiving skilled IBCLC support. She considers it a privilege to support families during this meaningful and often vulnerable season and is committed to providing thoughtful, individualized care that empowers parents to make informed feeding decisions with confidence.

Liba Golman

Liba Golman

Liba has as a Certified Lactation Counselor for more than three years, and recently completed her internship with Lactation Room and is now a certified IBCLC. She pursued this expanded certification in order to support her clinical scope and be able to support more families. Prior to entering the world of lactation support, Liba taught high school humanities in both Europe and the US.
The birth of Liba’s first child changed the course of her career and led her into supporting families on their feeding journeys. After struggling through breastfeeding and pumping challenges, oral ties, and low milk supply, Liba was inspired by everything she had learned and the support she received and sought training as a lactation counselor. She also has specialized training in bottle refusal, pump flange fittings, and low milk supply. She provides compassionate, inclusive, affirming, and evidence-based lactation care for families of all kinds.
Liba’s goal is to empower parents on their feeding journey. When she has spare time, Liba loves spending it with her husband and two young children, hyper fixating on a craft project, or nerding out about birth and postpartum (some would say birth is her main hobby).
She supports families in our North Bethesda office and provides home consults in Montgomery County.
